Shipping policy

Order Confirmation

 

Upon placing your order, we'll initially authorise your payment method but wont charge it right away. We will then verify with our supplier to ensure the product you ordered is ready for immediate dispatch. If everything checks out, we'll finalise your payment and promptly send your order on its way. Should there be any hold ups, like an item being on back order, we'll cancel the authorisation and inform you of said situation.

 

UK Order Delivery

 

After your order is confirmed, provided the items are in stock and ready for shipping, we'll proceed with charging your card and aim to ship your order within 5 working days. You'll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours after your order ships. If you have not received tracking information by the 6th working day please dont hesitate to contact us on support@prampalace.com for assistance.

Damages

 

We urge you to inspect your items carefully upon delivery. We recommend refusing delivery of any items found to be damaged. If you notice any damage post delivery, please send us clear photos of the affected items at returns@prampalace.com allowing us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
